Are you interested in learning how to sell your products or services to the government? If so, this is a MUST attend event for you. Purchasing agents from the State of Michigan, Wayne County and local municipalities will be on hand to meet with you.
Pure Michigan Business Connect (PMBC) is partnering with Wayne County Economic Development to host this event and have lined up a great list of potential new business opportunities for you. Below is a partial list of who will be at this Meet the Buyers Event:

You will learn the process of doing business with each government unit, how to apply for and get notified of RFP/RFB's, and what the thresholds are for micro-purchasing opportunities.
The event will include roundtable discussions led by the purchasing agents of each partner listed above. You'll have a chance to select purchaser/s to sit with for a candid conversation and hear about their micro-purchasing needs and bid process.
Concurrently there will be “resource walk” with walk-up tables staffed by governmental organizations and service provider partners to answer questions, give direction and provide procurement advice.
The event will begin at 8:30 am. There is limited seating for the roundtable discussion, but open networking and walk-up tables will be available throughout the course of the event.
