Buyer Intake Form

BUYERS: Thank you for your participation in the MDEX buyer-supplier matchmaking meetings. As a buyer, we ask that you submit sourcing needs for products and/or services you are looking to fill with Michigan  suppliers, through this brief intake form.

The needs you submit can be as broad or specific as needed, and can be immediate or for future purposes. Our goal is to facilitate connections to capable suppliers that will happen either in-person or virtually via 15 minute meetings that will take place during MDEX on April 21st.  By submitting your needs through this form, we are better able to identify suppliers that have relevant qualifications.

After we have collected all purchasing needs from participating buyers, we will open a supplier application for Michigan businesses to respond to, and then share the application data with you so that you can make supplier selections for the 1:1 meetings. You will be provided a final meeting schedule with your selected suppliers prior to the event, as well as additional Know Before You Go information to ensure a seamless experience.

You will be prompted to log into our Connect Space platform before submitting the buyer intake form. If you don't have a Connect Space account yet, you will be required to create one - it should only take a couple minutes to set up.
