Buyer Intake Form
***This form is only for buyer organizations that are looking to purchase goods and services from Michigan suppliers. If you are a supplier interested in meeting with buyers, please check back the week of August 8th to submit an application.***

Thank you for participating in the Southwest Michigan Buyer-Supplier Meet & Match event on Wednesday, October 19th.  The event will provide buyers an opportunity to meet with Michigan suppliers across a variety of industries, though the event will highlight Operations, Professional Services and Logistics, with a priority focus on opportunities for local and diverse suppliers. 

During the event, you will meet with selected suppliers in 15-minute 1:1 meetings, based on your organization's procurement needs and supplier capabilities.
