Bridge Street Local Vendor Event Forms

Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in the Bridge Street Market Local Vendor Event.  Please note that the event will be invite-only, based on selection of businesses by participating Meijer market stores.  If you participated in the February or August 2022 Meijer Market Local Vendor Events at the Capital City or Woodward Corner Markets, you may still submit an application for the March 2023 event, though priority selection may be given to new participants.  Selected suppliers will receive details on the location and time of the event, as well as additional information to ensure you are prepared.  

Before you begin the application, please note these requirements for doing business with Meijer markets:
  • Packaging must keep products/food sealed, fresh, and safe. (i.e. Safety Seals, Brand name on front, legible barcodes per item).
  • Food items must be made in a commercial kitchen.
  • Business must be insured (Commercial General Liability Insurance at Minimum).
  • Meijer asks that if displays are needed to merchandise product, the vendor provides those.

Delivery capabilities
  • Vendor must be able to deliver within a week of order.
  • Meijer doesn’t pay any shipping fees – vendors should take note of this if planning on shipping product.
