Supplier Application
This supplier application allows Michigan businesses to apply to meet with buyers in one-on-one matchmaking meetings on Thursday, May 13th following the Michigan Furniture Industry Symposium webinar. Please scroll through the list of participating buyer organizations and their specific needs. If you find your capabilities match the needs of the buyers, please apply. Buyers will select which businesses they would like to meet with; not all suppliers will be selected for meeting opportunities. You will be notified by email if you've been selected and will be provided a meeting schedule.

Buyer Intake
*This form should only be completed by companies looking to discuss purchasing needs with Michigan suppliers.  A separate supplier application will open in March.*

Welcome to the Buyer Intake form for the Michigan Furniture Industry Symposium. This free virtual event will provide supply chain matchmaking between industry buyers and Michigan product and service suppliers.

Please note that participating buyer companies and needs submitted through this form will be shown in the supplier application so that those companies can respond with their capabilities in meeting your purchasing needs.
